About MICK CARBO
As an entrepreneur, leadership coach, trainer, and speaker, Mick Carbo brings experience across a wide range of industries. In addition to his work with Carbo Coaching clients, Mick previously served as a “coach’s coach,” co-leading an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited leadership development and training program for other coaches. He holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF.
About Mick Carbo
As an entrepreneur, leadership coach, trainer and speaker, Mick Carbo’s experience spans a wide range of industries. IMick holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). He teaches Employee Performance Development through the Small Business Development Center and the University of Maryland. Also committed to community service, Mick has done pro bono work with retiring military personnel through the Transition Assistance Program at Ft. Meade, and volunteers in leadership positions for community organizations.
Mick’s over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner gives him an owner’s perspective, enabling him to help founders, owners, and other business leaders effectively grow and lead their teams to new levels of fulfillment and success. About TARA CARBO
Tara Carbo is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur. She founded and operated a successful ceramic tile and marble company before transitioning into business coaching. With multiple training certifications, Tara works as a coach, trainer, and speaker, bringing practical leadership insight to blue-collar industries including construction, electrical contracting, plumbing, home building and remodeling, automotive, manufacturing, and oil.

She founded and operated a successful ceramic tile and marble company, eventually transitioning into a career as a business coach. Like Mick, she is committed to bringing her experience to blue collar industries including construction, electrical contracting, plumbing, home building and remodeling, automotive, manufacturing and oil.
